A few virtual images of the house. These are not perfectly accurate as there are certain things I can't do with the software such as have a different ceiling height fpr different rooms on the same level. It's fairly close though.

It seems to have begun....

We have signed the building contract and today the Tennant who was living there moved out and handed back the keys. Headed over tonight to see how he left it but I suspect there will be some gardening in my future;)

Now all we're waiting for is to finalise a demolisher to take the old house away. Quotes have been ridiculous so we're looking for others. In the mean time here's some of the materials we're using:

The build journey starts.…Sort of.

Hi there. Even though this is the first post, a lot has happened. The house plans have been approved by council, and we are well into negotiation with our builder on our final contract. They won't be ready til the new year unfortunately.

In the mean time we are meeting with the pool contractor today to sign an agreement to remodel the existing pool on the property.

Here's a the floor plan.
